Principle of flatness test:
- Take P1~P9 respectively on the work-piece surface.

3.To find the maximum value of positive direction and the maximum value of negative direction which farthest from the fitting surface, and add the absolute values of these two values, which is the flatness.
Principle of Warpage testing:
Take 9 points on the work-piece surface as p1, p2, p3, p4, p5, p6, p7, p8, p9.
- To fit a face with p1, p7, p9, to find out the distance of 9 points to the fitted face, and find out the maximum value for the #1 value.
- To fit a face with p7,p9,p3, to find out the distance of 9 points to the fitted face, and find out the maximum value for the #2 value.
- To fit a face with p9,p3,p1 to find out the distance of 9 points to the fitted face, and find out the maximum value for the #3 value.
- To fit a face with p3,p1,p7 to find out the distance of 9 points to the fitted face, and find out the maximum value for the #4 value.
- Find out the maximum value of the value #1~#4, and that is the Warpage.
Advantages of equipment in the industry:
High efficiency:
The ITN-L3-540 three lasers scanning system which adopts three units of high-precision laser probe systems, one machine is equal to three machines, which truly realizes high speed and high efficiency.
Taking the actual project as an example, the flatness, warpage and thickness of the cell-phone glass faceplate are measured at the same time: the actual operating efficiency is measured to be 17,000 pieces/11 hours. According to the speed of loading and unloading, the measurement operation speed can be accelerated.

- The thin glass face-plate of cell-phone which thickness of less than 0.5mm that can be measured:
- The thin glass with a thickness of less than 0.5mm which is easily to bent and deformed due to its own weight, the deformation of the glass is different due to different fixture supports. The same piece of thin glass will get completely different measurement answers on different fixture supports or different positions of the fixture support.
In response to this, our design is to use a fully support method to support the thin glass as much as possible, instead of only using 3 points or 4 points to supporting the object. So far, other manufacturers on the market have no way to deal with the inaccuracy of the measured data due to the bending change of the glass itself.
