3.Quality assurance and technical services
3.1 Installation & Acceptance:GIEZHY is responsible for the packing,the transportation,the installation and the testing of the machine, the acceptance will be done according to National Metrology Technical specification JJF1064  Calibration specification for coordinate measuring machines , which shall take effect upon being signed by both parties.
3.2 Training: 2 person of the buyer will be trained by GIEZHY free in charge for 3 days on site.
3.3 Warranty period:12 months free maintenance after the final acceptance but it will expire from 18 months after the actual delivery date. 
  3.4 Technical service: GIEZHY promises the real-time telephone consultations to instruct the users. If necessary, GIEZHY technician will be on the spot within 48 hours and the life-long service shall be offered.

4.Technology, function and features.

4.1 host

4.1.1
Moving gantry structure and integral working table make CMM have the stronger bearing capacity, it's easy to assemble and dismantle in the broader placing room of the workpieces. 3-axis slide way is made of high-quality granite which let it have the same temperature, the excellent thermal stability ,the good deforming and aging resistance ability,the high stiffness and the minimum geometry deformation. The machining precision of the granite slide way has been improved greatly by new processing and testing crafts developed jointly by the professional granite suppliers.

4.1.2 Stiffness and stability have been improved by adopting high-precision air bearing and the design of the surrounding bearing structure(see fig. 1).Even it has been working for a long term, it can keep the high precision and ensure the excellent dynamic characteristic of the machine.
4.1.3

The unique anti-torsion design of Z axis is quite critical to ensure the precision of CMM, even the higher precision can be achieved when the probe extension bar is being used through the reliable anti-torsion design.

4.1.4 The application of its own non-linear spring system(Pat.) (see fig.2)can weaken the effect caused by the rail minor errors to the precision, at the same while make the machine more adaptable to the higher ambient temperature.
4.1.5 The 3 axis adopts high performance hold-in range, which not only can assume great speed to increase the measuring efficiency, but also reduce the driving inertia to enhance the acceleration.
4.1.6 
The importable low-friction quiet towing chain not only decreases the outside interference from various moving axes, but also improves its flexibility and reliability.
4.1.7 The girder adopts the triangle guide way structure( triangle is with the longest circumference in the same area section), which can guarantee the maximum air bearing span on the condition of the least inertia and increase the guide way's anti- torsion precision greatly.

4.1.8 The length measuring system adopts the importable high-precision reflecting metal strip optical scale and the reading head which are quite high precise and stable. 
4.1.9 The importable high-precision air filter can make the compressed air very clean to protect the air bearing and the slide way effectively, and the automatic discharge device can help the operator save worry and effort, and avoid damaging the equipment because of not getting rid of the water. All-digital air supply detector reduces the effect of air supply on the measuring precision to the minimum through monitoring the sensitivity of the air supply fluctuation.
4.1.10 To avoid bringing the more serious accidents and keep the machine safe, the sophisticated safety protection can deadlock 3-axis in time when the accident happens.
4.1.11 The machine design accords with the ergonomic principle of easy operation, maintenance.
4.2 controller system: including one control box ,one UCC  controller ,one joystick .
The RENISHAW UCC control system (Picture 3) is a CNC system designed and manufactured specifically for CNC coordinate measuring machines. The control system uses the principle of separation between the control layer and the application layer, which is the height of the CMM Accuracy, accuracy, high efficiency to provide a solid foundation. The control system uses Ethernet interface and computer communication, does not need to expand any computer communication interface, also reduces the unnecessary external connection, guarantees the system the high reliability.
4.2.1 The driving system adopts servo motor with direct current, which moves along in T-curve or S-curve, of which 4-axis drives gapless and vibration free.
4.2.2 In accordance with 3-axis closed loop moving mode, 3-ways TTL Impulse in quadrature  can be input to go through counting with vector control.
4.2.3 More reliable & safer controller system .It provides multi control mode, which is able to shift to the corresponding mode to stop the machine at the first time ,even occurring the CMM's stopping questions. The users needn't to worry about similar questions, because of the fault on-line diagnose function.
4.2.4 UCC controller system supports a variety of error detection methods, you can easily adjust the accuracy of the measuring machine.
4.2.5 Faster, smooth movement, more efficient, in the multi-point continuous movement of the path planning, both can take a straight line can also go circular path, so that the measurement of circular workpiece more convenient.
4.2.6 The control system is stable and reliable and easy to maintain. The separation of the control layer and the application layer makes the problem diagnosis and resolution of the system simpler and more clear that a problem at the other level will not exist.
4.2.7 (Picture 4)The humanization design of the controller box: it not only can provide much easier and reasonable buttons and joystick, but also the traditional speed control and input keyboard. The emergency stop is also necessary.
4.3.A set of Visual DMIS CNC CAD+ measurement software.

Visual DMIS CNC CAD+is a kind of software certified by Die Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB),which supports chinese & english language version. It's an international measuring software supplying the enduser with the advanced technology, the excellent function, the reliable performance and the easy operation in order to guarantee the measurement . 
4.3.1 Visual DMIS CNC CAD+ software is compatible to windows  operating system, which is easy to operate.
4.3.2 Basic measuring functions(see fig.6)
lThe measurement and evaluation of the geometric features, such as point, line, plane, circle, ellipse, cylinder, cone, sphere, arc, etc. The measuring operation can be quickly carried out by dividing the geometric features of the measured objects, i.e. after knowing how many geometric elements the object contains, the measuring process is completed.
lConstruction functions include intersection, middle, projection, best-fit, tangency, parallel, perpendicular, move, offset, mirror, cast, bound and rotate;
lThe evaluation of form error: straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity.
lThe evaluation of positioning errors: distance, angle between, parallelism, perpendicularity, angularity, concentricity,symmetry, position (2D and 3D), circle run-out & total run-out  etc.;
lThrough dragging and dropping the measured geometric features, Visual DMIS CAD+ software can realize the measurement and evaluation to the structure and form & position error, which is in facility and with high speed. For example, if two circle elements are needed to fit into a line, or the parallelism of two line elements are required, the operator only drags and drops these two elements into the fitting box, which can combine a line element together. By dragging and dropping the measured two line elements into the parallelism box, the parallelism also can be obtained with the final result's display and the output.
lMeasurement and evaluation for curve & surface . Powerful measuring function could do error analysis for curve & surface features through single or bilateral tolerance;
lRENISHAW probe and stylus set, which could link, calibrate and use so convinently with various probe types.
lIntellectal alignment for workpieces. 3-2-1 coordinate system construction method, operator could operate very easily by graphic prompt. this supports RPS positioning system,which is often used in aotomobile tools-checking field, best-fit method in curved surface measurement, and supports the establishment of six point fitting, three point fitting and other coordinate systems.
lEasy for the functional shift of multi-coordinate systems Easy shift between multi coordinate systerm function. It is allowed to build multi coordinate systerm by software In one measurement project, and use multi probes. Mouse's click and drag & drop to realize this shift.

lVisual DMIS CNC CAD+ software is a digital moduIarized integration processing systerm.Graphical user interface offer greatl convenience for measurement work. It includes basic module, programming module, data-analysis module, all of which feature general geometry elements handling function, and extend more, such as blade and other complex parts
lDirectly receiving mathematical model transferred by CAD, such as IGES,STEP,DXF formats, and indicate Geometry graphics in entity or wire file;
lCAD model's layout and coloring could be realized, export for CAD model's original layout and coloring, export for many CAD model, automatically reorganization for CAD model nominal features, support point cloud data;
lNominal value to be read out directly with CAD model, and then to be made comparison with actual values.

4.3.4 Graphic functions
lThe measured parts can be displayed directly through 3-dimension physical models. The computer screen shows the dimension and the 3-dimension graphics of the object and can be printed out for the users' reference, such as projection graphics, mirror graphics.
lDisplay of machine's movement status. During the actual measuring process, it can simulate the probe's actual measuring movement (that is the simulation of the CMM and probe's physical movement).under the support of the software, CMM's 3-dimension physical models can be displayed on the computer's screen. Through moving the mouse, CMM's position can be adjusted, and also the angle size and proportion. What's more, while the CMM is working, the real time probe's movement will be displayed for operator's easy usage. And for measuring objects repeatedly, only by watching the screen, the whole process will be under supervision.
lThe operation can be easily and clearly carried outthrough the three-dimensional geometrical features icon, abundant dynamic toolbar and 3-dimensional graph. The 3-dimensional graph of the measured geometrical elements, such as point, line, circle etc can be displayed in linear diagram and the actual ones, which is easy to be displayed.
4.3.5 The bidirectional transition of DMIS standard format completely conforms to that of the DMIS5.0.
4.3.6 Self-taught programming function, which can edit the whole measuring process into programs automatically .The measuring order of the measured objects is that of the programs, which is capable of modifing & editing procedure and off line anologue measurement.

lUsers could design and print measuring report by themselves, that means, add your own logo or any flexible design to this report, which make it more personalization.
lOutput report features functions such as displaying upper and lower deviations set by user,and automatically judging whether measuring results occurs out tolerence or not. Inspection results to be received for any measured workpieces through Visual DMIS CAD+ software, and output measuring report. Measured results to be output in IGES and point clouds format.

Four protection + multiple protection
The volume weight of a single product is too large, and the volume will be large. If it is extra component a box of products, there are regulations, the weight should not exceed 20 to 25kg .and double-watt cartons can generally carry it. Packaging,especially  the outer box, has a certain function to protect the product . It has reasonable distribution in plug transportation,warehouse and tansportation to fully protect products.
