Instrument characteristics :
   This equipment scans and takes points on the surface of the work-piece through the imported high-precision laser probe to obtain the contour data of the work-piece surface to build the 3D contour point cloud map, and then calculates the flatness and warpage,
 
1. Flatness and warpage can be done for a single product or multiple products
2. Production line batch measurement mode and sampling measurement mode.
3. The monitoring value of flatness and warpage can be preset, and the alarm can be alarmed if the tolerance is out of tolerance
4. Te measurement data can be exported to EXCEL.

The volume weight of a single product is too large, and the volume will be large. If it is extra component a box of products, there are regulations, the weight should not exceed 20 to 25kg .and double-watt cartons can generally carry it. Packaging,especially  the outer box, has a certain function to protect the product . It has reasonable distribution in plug transportation,warehouse and tansportation to fully protect products.
