Introducing the Pion series High Precision Ceramic Substrate Hole Depth Measurement Machine, a non-contact coaxial laser measurement system for ceramic substrate hole depth measurement. Traditional measuring instruments struggle to accurately measure the depth of ceramic round holes due to their small diameter. This measurement system utilizes advanced software algorithms and an optical imaging system to capture the ceramic round holes, as well as measure the substrate's copper thickness. It uses high-precision coaxial laser scanning to generate scan curve graphs, allowing for the measurement of hole depth and copper thickness. The system can also mark numbers and patterns based on set rules.
