Equipment description:
The equipment scans the surface of the parts through the high-precision laser probe to obtain the contour data of the workpiece surface, and then calculate the flatness and warpage degree. It is suitable for high precision and fast non-contact measurement of workpiece warpage and flatness in batches.
The design is small and beautiful.
Suitable for industries: glass industry, wafer, artificial crystal, alumina substrate, mobile phone shell and middle plate industry, aluminum plate and other metal plate industry, auto parts industry, PCB circuit board industry, electronics industry and other parts flatness, warpage detection.

1.Equipment measurement principle:
1.1. Flatness measurement principle:
(1) On the surface of the workpiece, P1~P9, a total of 9 points.
(2)A fitting plane is synthesized by fitting 9 points.
(3)Find the maximum positive value and the maximum negative value farthest from the fitting surface, and add the absolute values of these two values to be flatness.

1.2 Warpage measurement principle:
Set in the workpiece surface in about nine points p1, p2, p3, p4, p5, p6 and p7, p8, p9
(1)To fit a surface with p1, p7, p9, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitting surface, and find the maximum value #1.
(2)To fit a surface with p7, p9, p3, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitting surface, and find the maximum value #2.
(3)To fit a surface with p9, p3, p1, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitting surface, and find the maximum value #3.
(4)To fit a face with p3, p1, p7, find the distance from the 9 points to the fitted face, and find the maximum value #4.
(5)One of the largest values in maximum #1 to #4 is warpage.

2.Measurement function introduction:

2.5.The laser scanning path speed can be flexibly set as required.
In the following figure, paths P1-P2, P2-P3, P3-P4, and P4-P1 can be set to the same speed at the same time, or each path can be set to a different speed. For example, when scanning the edge of 2.5D glass, it is necessary to slow down the scanning speed, and other positions can be scanned quickly, thereby improving work efficiency.

2.6.After the program is run, the collection point can be quickly scanned, and the location and number of points can be set according to the demand. The same scanning path, the number of points collected does not affect the overall measurement time. For the workpiece with high flatness requirements, it is recommended to take more measuring points.
2.7.It can measure the flatness of the surface, the height from the point to the fitting plane, the height difference from the point to the fitting surface, and the height difference from the point to the point alone (suitable for the workpiece detection with the need for step height difference), and can meet the measurement needs of different workpieces at the same time.

2.8.The measuring machine can measure a single product or multiple products, all products can set the same tolerance value, can also set the tolerance value of each product at the same time, when the measurement value is out of line, the corresponding product display area is red, qualified products are displayed green, the view is intuitive.

As shown in the figure above, among the 8 products measured at a time, one product exceeds the set tolerance and is marked with red, while the others that do not exceed the tolerance are marked with green.

2.9.Data output system: the data report can be set product name, standard value, tolerance value, measurement result display OK/NG directly exported to Excel file.
2.10.The software is easy to use and can be used normally after simple training.
