It can measure points, lines, arcs, circles, curves and other geometric figures. Suitable for product quantity measurement with complex appearance
2.2 Construction assist function
When the measured product can not directly measure the desired size, the software can provide intersection, tangent, vertical, parallel, mirror, translation, combination, symmetry and other functions for auxiliary construction, indirect rapid measurement of the desired size, so that the measurement process is simpler.
2.3 Form and position tolerance measurement function
According to the requirements of different products, the concentricity, position, parallelism, perpendicularity, flatness and other dimensions can be calculated.
2.4 Matching and grabbing features
When users need to measure several of the same artifacts, it is too cumbersome and time-consuming to test one by one. Using the matching function will greatly reduce the workload.The matching function is used to extract the key features in the image and match these features to the same workpiece.And the matching function can be used together with the cross-zone measurement function.
The matching function button is located at the bottom of the graphics area, after clicking, the graphics area interface switches to the matching function area.
The matching function is very powerful, can accurately identify the contour features of different shapes of images, adjust different feature templates, and the operation is simple and easy to use.
To realize the matching function, the user first needs to click the "grab feature" button, and the feature extraction box will be displayed in the image area. The user can drag and resize the box to align the box with the image for feature extraction.
2.5 Concatenation measurement function
When the measured area is too large to exceed the display area of the image area (as shown below), the user can use the stitching function to divide the entire measurement area into several small areas for measurement, and the completed part of the measurement is stitched together to form a complete regional measurement result.
