Measurement principle and method:

1.Sweep points across the workpiece surface and take the required points for calculation.
2. The fitting plane is synthesized by the points that need to participate in the calculation.
3. Find the maximum positive value and the maximum negative value farthest from the fitting surface, and add the absolute values of these two values to form flatness.
